Local Turkish CRC market moves on sideways trend

This week, prices in the local Turkish cold rolled coil (CRC) market have remained stable at $630-650/mt ex-works, since the slight downtrend of Turkish producers’ hot rolled coil (HRC) prices seen this week has not been reflected in CRC prices. Meanwhile, demand in the market is still slack.
 
Demand in the local Turkish CRC spot market has also remained weak, amid the ongoing political uncertainties in Turkey and continuing cash flow problems, while traders’ prices have remained stable week on week. 
 
Currently, traders’ CRC prices in the local Turkish spot market are as follows:
