During the past two weeks, no hot rolled plate (HRP) offers to Turkey from foreign producers have been heard. The latest Ukrainian HRP offers were given at $510-530/mt CFR, while Macedonian HRP offers to Turkey were in the range of $590-610/mt CFR. In addition, no HRP offers from Bulgaria to Turkey have been heard in over a month.
