SteelOrbis has heard that Indian hot rolled coil (
HRC) offers to the
UAE are at $620-630/mt CFR for April production, while Ukrainian
plate offers to the same destination are at $610/mt CFR for April output. The offers do not include VAT. However, prices are expected to decline in the coming days.
