SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that Chinese hot rolled plate (HRP) offers to Taiwan are currently at $420/mt CFR for February production, down $56/mt compared to two months ago.

Market sources stated that Taiwanese buyers are reluctant to conclude deals with Chinese exporters amid slack demand and a lack of interest in chrome-added Chinese HRP.
