At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) given by Chinese suppliers are at $515-525/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $595-605/mt FOB.
During the given week, flat steel export offer prices from China have mostly indicated a slight uptrend, with only CRC prices remaining stable. Meanwhile, overall transaction activity for Chinese flat steel exports has been at decent levels. Against the backdrop of positive sentiment, it is thought that Chinese flat steel export offer prices will likely continue to rise slightly in the coming week.
