VISA acquires coal mine in Australia

Indian sources reported that VISA Steel acquired a coal mine at Queensland in Australia through Visa Comtrade AG in an effort to supply coking coal for its project in Orissa at a cheaper price. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, Indian steelmaker announced plans to build a 1.5 million-ton steel plant in the Orissa state.
