US lowers dumping margin for Turkish standard pipe

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products (welded pipe and tube) from Turkey. The period of review (POR) was May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017.

Accordingly, the final dumping margins stand at 2.55 percent for Borusan Mannesmann, Borusan Istikbal, Yucel Boru, Yucelboru Ihracat and Cayirova Boru Sanayi, while margins for Toscelik Profil, Tosyali and Toscelik Metal will be 0.00 percent.

Preliminary margin announced in June this year was 11.33 percent for Borusan Mannesmann.
