US ITC makes affirmative determination in AD order on stainless steel wire rod from India

On Friday, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) made its determination in the sunset review of the antidumping (AD) order on stainless steel wire rod from India
 
As expected, the ITC made an affirmative determination, and the vote was unanimous (5 to 0).
 
As a result of this determination as well as the previous affirmative determination by the US Department of Commerce, the AD order on stainless steel wire rod from India will remain in force for a further period of five years.

The wire rods subject to this order are currently classifiable under subheadings 7221.00.0005, 7221.00.0015, 7221.00.0030, 7221.00.0045, and 7221.00.0075 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
