US ITC continues AD order on stainless steel wire rod from India

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) today determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on imports of stainless steel wire rod from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determination, the existing antidumping duty order on imports of this product from India will remain in place. Current duties range from 2.10-48.80 percent.

Chairman Rhonda K. Schmidtlein, Vice Chairman David S. Johanson, and Commissioners Irving A. Williamson, and Meredith M. Broadbent voted in the affirmative.  Commissioner F. Scott Kieff did not participate in this vote.
