The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Monday the final results of its administrative review of stainless steel bar from India

The review originally covered three Indian producers/exporters – Ambica Steels Limited; Mukand, Ltd.; and Chandan Steel Limited – during the period from February 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013.

However, the requests for review of Mukand and Chandan were withdrawn, and the DOC rescinded these reviews.

The DOC calculated a final weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00 (zero) percent for Ambica Steels.  The current dumping duty deposit rate for Ambica Steels is also 0.00 percent.

Accordingly, effective today, July 28, 2014, the dumping duty deposit rate remains unchanged for Ambica Steels – 0.00 percent.
