Earlier today, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of its administrative review of stainless steel bar from India

The review originally covered two Indian producers/exporters - Ambica Steels Limited and Mukand, Ltd. - during the period from February 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012.  However, the request for review for one of these companies -Mukand-was withdrawn, and the DOC rescinded the review of Mukand.

The DOC has calculated a final weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00 (zero) percent for Ambica Steels. The current dumping duty deposit rate for Ambica Steels is also 0.00 percent.

Accordingly, effective June 7, 2013, the dumping duty deposit rate remains unchanged for Ambica Steels at 0.00 percent.
