US DOC rescinds AD review on steel pipes from Argentina

On September 28, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on small diameter seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe imported from Argentina. The review covered one manufacturer/exporter, Siderca S.A.I.C. The period of review was August 1, 2004, through July 31, 2005. The respondent claimed that it did not ship the subject merchandise to the US during the period of review. Accordingly, the DOC announced its intention to rescind the review, and demanded that interested parties submit their comments on the issue. Since no comment on the DOC's intention to rescind the review has been submitted, the DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to Siderca.
