The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of its "changed circumstances" review of the antidumping (AD) order on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium.

The DOC found that Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. is the successor-in-interest to ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium N.V. for purposes of the antidumping law.

Accordingly, the DOC has instructed US Customs and Border Protection that, effective April 12, 2012, the dumping duty deposit rate for Aperam will be 6.57 percent.
