US DOC and ITC begin third review of German pipe
On Monday, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) formally instituted the third sunset review of the antidumping (AD) order on certain seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Germany.
