US AD final determinations on CR imports from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its final determinations today on sales at less than fair value of certain cold rolled carbon steel flat products from Turkey. It is found that imports of cold rolled carbon steel flat products from Turkey are being sold or likely to be sold at less than fair value in the US. The period of investigation covers from July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2001. The description of the product covered under this investigation is certain cold rolled (cold-reduced) flat rolled carbon quality steel products.
DOC final determinations of sales at less than fair value:

Borcelik Celik Sanayi Ticaret A.S......4.32% All Others.............................4.32%
ITC will within 45 days make its determinations whether these imports cause material injury or threat of material injury to an industry in the US.
