Unemployment in Turkey rises to 10.2% in October

According to the statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the unemployment rate in Turkey fell by one percentage point year on year to 10.2 percent in October this year and rose by 0.1 percentage point when compared to September.

Meanwhile, in the given month, the employment rate in Turkey was recorded at 48.0 percent, increasing by 1.9 percentage points compared to the same month of the previous year.
