Ukrainian mill Ilyich to stop mill 3000 for overhaul

Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol, a subsidiary of Ukraine's largest vertically-integrated mining and steel group Metinvest, has stated that it plans to stop its hot rolled plate mill 3000 for capital repairs on August 26 or August 27. The repairs are expected to be completed within 15 days. The output capacity of the unit will remain unchanged at the level of 2.0-2.1 million mt per year of 9-25 mm hot rolled plates.
