Ukraine’s ZZF recommissions five furnaces in June

Since June 1 the Ukrainian ferroalloy producer Zaporozhye Ferro Alloys Plant (ZZF) has recommissioned five melting furnaces.

Accordingly, four furnaces have been restarted at ZZF's workshop No. 4, of which three are for melting silicomanganese and one is for melting ferrosilicon. Meanwhile, another furnace for melting silicomanganese has been recommissioned at the plant's workshop No.1.

Currently, ZZF is operating 20 melting furnaces and is utilizing 47 percent of its production capacities.
