Ukraine’s Metinvest raises $500 million with Eurobonds issue

The Ukrainian mining and steel producing company Metinvest Group has announced that it has successfully sold a $500 million debut Eurobonds issue with 10.25 percent coupon, with yield to maturity (YTM) being of 10.5 percent. The funds raised will be used to finance the further renewal and modernization of the company's production assets.

Two thirds of the issue were bought by European investors, with one third bought by investors from the US. The issue's maturity date is May 20, 2015.
