Ukraine’s ferrous metal exports up 2.6 percent in Feb over Jan

According to the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine (Ukrstat), in February this year Ukraine's ferrous metal exports increased by 2.6 percent month on month to a total value of $1.182 billion.
 
Meanwhile, in the given period Ukraine registered a 38.1 percent rise month on month in its ferrous metal imports to $161.986 million.
 
According to Ukrstat, in January this year Ukraine's ferrous metal exports had increased by 5.2percent compared to December 2012 to a total value of $1.152 billion, while its ferrous metal imports had fallen by 23.6 percent month on month to $116.986 million.
