Turkey’s Erciyas Çelik Boru’s sales revenues rise in 2022

Turkish pipe maker Erciyas Çelik Boru Sanayi A.Ş. has announced its financial results for 2022.

Accordingly, in the given period Erciyas registered a net profit of TRY 184.75 million ($10.76 million), compared to a net profit of TRY 24.68 million in 2021. In 2022, the company’s sales revenues were TRY 3.52 billion ($212.39 million), compared to TRY 1.05 billion in the previous year. In the given year, Erciyas recorded an operating profit of TRY 581.92 million ($35.13 million), compared to an operating profit of TRY 175.87 million in 2021.

In 2022, Erciyas sold 117,000 mt of pipes, compared to 73,000 mt recorded in the previous year, while 83 percent of the company’s total pipe sales tonnage consisted of export sales.

Meanwhile, in the given year the company received orders worth $174.6 million from pipeline projects that will be implemented abroad. The projects are scheduled to be completed in 2023.
