Turkey initiates AD probe on cast iron pipe imports from UAE, India

Turkey’s Ministry of Economy has announced that it has initiated an antidumping (AD) duty investigation on cast iron pipe imports from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India.

The investigation was initiated upon a complaint by Turkish producer Samsun Makina Sanayi A.S. alleging that imports of the product under investigation from the countries concerned increased overall in absolute terms and in terms of market share.

The products subject to AD duty investigation currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7303.00.10.00.11, 7303.00.10.00.12, 7303.00.90.00.11 and 7303.00.90.00.12.
