Timken Alloy Steel Europe to hike tube prices

Timken Alloy Steel Europe, a subsidiary of Timken Company has recently announced that it will increase base prices on all carbon and alloy steel tubing products by 20%. The increase will be effective for shipments as of February 1, 2005. No change in the raw material surcharges has been announced.
