Territory gets Privat's support for ConsMin takeover

Following its meeting with the Ukrainian Privat Group (Privat), the Australian mining company Territory Resources Limited (Territory) has announced that it has received support for its proposed acquisition of Australian manganese miner Consolidated Minerals Limited (ConsMin) from Privat - the targeted company's largest shareholder.

According to Territory's release, Privat will have the right to consider the takeover offer announced by Territory when it is sent to ConsMin's shareholders.
