Tata Steel to be granted a technology licence by Arcelor

Indian steel maker Tata Steel has been granted a technology licence by the world's largest steel group Arcelor for hot dipped galvanized products produced for the Indian automotive industry at its galvanizing line at Jamshedpur. It is also reported that this agreement will consolidate the cooperative tie-up between Arcelor, Nippon Steel and Tata Steel created for the purpose to share technology and meet needs of automobile manufacturers in India, as well as providing great advantages to them.
