Tangshan Steel’s strip line operates at full capacity

Chinese producer Tangshan Iron and Steel Co's strip production line is reportedly operating at full capacity. Now the company is capable of producing 0.8mm×1060 mm strip steel products. The company invested a total of Yuan 2.5 billion ($302 million) for the construction of the strip production line. The strip production line is a combination of Italian firm Danieli's sheet continuous casting technology, US firm Bricmont's furnace technology and Japanese firm Mitsubishi's hot continuous casting technology.
