Taiwan maintains AD duty on CR stainless steel from China, S. Korea

The International Trade Commission (ITC) of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) has announced that the revocation of the antidumping (AD) duty on certain cold rolled (CR) stainless steel products from China and South Korea would likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of injury to the domestic industry.

The products subject to duty are 300 series stainless steel cold rolled steel products, including steel coils and steel plates, mainly including SUS301, 304, 304L, 316, 316L and 321, etc.

The antidumping duty rates stand at 20.18-38.11 percent for China and at 26.53-37.65 percent for South Korea.

The products in question currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7219 and 7220.
