Indian steel rim producer Steel Strips Wheels Ltd (SSWL) has announced that in December last year it sold 1.01 million steel wheel rims, indicating a 2.3 percent fall year on year. In the given month, the company's wheel rim exports declined by 10 percent year on year.
Meanwhile, in December 2016 SSWL registered net sales of INR 989 million ($14.5 million), up two percent compared to the corresponding month of the previous year.
