Spain-based steel producer Sidenor Group has resumed production at the rolling mill at its Reinosa plant in northern Spain after a halt of almost one year, according to local media reports.

Production at the rolling mill, which produces steel bars for the automotive industry, has restarted in two shifts.

The company had halted production at the rolling mill in question in September last year due to high energy costs, as SteelOrbis previously reported.
