Slater Steel completed the sale of Sorel Forge

According to recent news in the market, Canadian steel producer Slater Steel on Friday completed the sale of its subsidiary Sorel Forge. The mill is sold to North American specialty steel company A.Finkl & Sons Corp, which submitted an offer of $41 million. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, A.Finkl & Sons Corp submitted the highest offer for the assets of Sorel Forge.
