Severstal Russian Steel has announced that its main steel producing facility Severstal Cherepovets has reorganized its company structure, in order to increase its production efficiency.
Severstal Cherepovets' new organizational structure combines 32 workshops, and consists of 12 divisions: coke mill, agglomerate mill, blast furnace shop, drop hammer shop, steel smelting mill, bar rolling mill, flat rolling mill, HR mill, CR mill, transportation division, energy division, and Belorucheysk iron ore division.
