Serov Steel Works confirms compliance to OHSAS

The system of professional health and safety management at Russian steel plant Serov Steel Works, subsidiary of Russia-based Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UMMC), has been found to comply with international standard OHSAS 18001:2007. The certification audit was carried out by specialists of TÜV SÜD Rusland.


Serov Steel Works has already found to be in compliance with quality management system ISO 9001:2008, the international industry standard ISO/TS 16949 developed for the automotive industry and the system of ecological management ISO 14001:2007.
