The company invested BRL 400 million ($82.1 million) for the decommissioning works.

Meanwhile, the company is moving forward with the works to decommission the Germano dam, which collapsed in 2015, and 65 percent of the interventions in the structure have been concluded. The deadline for de-characterization of the dam is May 2029.
