S. Korea sees decline in steel plate inventories

South Korean steel producers' steel plate inventories fell in October for the first time in the past 15 months due to price cuts. South Korean Iron & Steel Association disclosed that the steel plate inventories fell 24'000 tons year on year to 1.11 million tons at the end of October.
