Russia's scrap export down in Q1

According to statistics, Russia's export of scrap fell 53 percent year on year in the first quarter of 2006. The export deliveries of scrap started to decrease with incoming of spring. Although the scrap export increased 37.5 percent month on month in March 2006, comparing with the same period of 2005, it decreased 40 percent.
