In July of the current year, Russia exported 682,400 mt of flat steel, down one percent compared to July 2011 and decreasing by 14 percent compared to June this year, according to the country's customs statistics.
In the January-July period of the current year, Russian exports of flat steel decreased by seven percent year on year to 4.24 million mt.
