In October this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 165,138 units, up by 17.2 percent month on month and by 76.1 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Meanwhile, in the first ten months this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 1,112,374 units, increasing by 11.9 percent on year-on-year basis.
