In October this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 164,306 units, rising by 9.1 percent month on month and dropping by 0.5 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
In the first 10 months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 1.29 million units, moving up by 16.2 percent compared to the same period of 2024.
