In December last year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 254,777 units, advancing by 80.6 percent month on month and by 19.8 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
In the full year of 2025, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 1.69 million units, moving up by 14.3 percent compared to 2024.
