In September this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 150,657 units, rising by 5.1 percent month on month and by 6.9 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
In the first nine months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 1.13 million units, moving up by 19.2 percent compared to the same period of 2024.
