In July this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 142,858 units, rising by 32.6 percent month on month and by 12.4 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
In the first seven months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 834,751 units, moving up by 24.2 percent compared to the same period of 2024.
