In April this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 75,569 units, down by 28.3 percent month on month and down by 11.8 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Meanwhile, in the first four months of this year, real estate sales in Turkey totaled 355,173 units, falling by 3.7 percent on year-on-year basis.
