Preliminary results of AD review on flat products from Japan

The US Department of Commerce has determined to initiate a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Japan upon the request of SteelSummit International. DOC also has issued a notice of preliminary intent to revoke in part the order on the subject merchandise from Japan with respect to nickel-plated steel foil. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
