Preliminary results of AD review on certain flat products from Brazil
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of a new shipper review for the antidumping duty on certain hot rolled flat rolled carbon quality steel products imported from Brazil. On October 28, 2004, the DOC initiated an antidumping new shipper review for certain hot rolled flat rolled carbon quality steel products imported from Brazilian producer Companhia Siderurgica de Tubaro (CST). The period of review was March 1, 2004, through August 31, 2004. The DOC preliminarily determined that CST did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review.
