OMK to invest $ 2 million in development

The Russian United Metallurgical Company (OMK) will invest a total of $ 2 million in its production development during the 2006-2010 period, the company's president Mr. Vladimir Markin has announced. The main development projects will cover the construction of mill-500, which is due to start in 2007, and the opening of a new rolling facility in Vyksa, which is planned for the end of 2007 or the beginning of 2008.
