OEMK sustains shipment levels in Jan-Oct

The Russian Oskol Metallurgical Plant (OEMK), a member of Metalloinvest Holding, for the January-October 2006 period shipped 2.44 million metric tons of its products - including 373,030 metric tons of pellets, 396,360 metric tons of crude steel, and 1.67 million metric tons of finished steel products. The figures show almost no changes in shipment volumes as compared to the same period of last year. In October alone, OEMK shipped 17,000 metric tons of pellets, 35,290 metric tons of crude steel, and 182,550 metric tons of finished steel products.
