Moscow to impose AD duty on Ukrainian pipes

Russian Customs announced yesterday that as a result of an antidumping investigation conducted to determine whether small diameter steel pipes imported from Ukraine would cause material injury to the Russian market, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MERT) decided that the imports of subject merchandise from Ukraine cause material injury to the Russian industry. Russian Customs reported that the MERT demanded that the government impose antidumping duty on imports of subject pipes imported from Ukraine.
