Millhouse receives approval on acquisition of stake in Evraz

Greenleas International Holding, the beneficiary of Millhouse, and Crosland Global, which is controlled by the main owner of Evraz, have received an approval from Bundeskartellamt (German antimonopoly office) on consolidation of the controlling stake in Evraz Holding. As reported previously, on June 16,2006, Evraz Holding reached an understanding on sale of 50 percent of stakes in Lanebrook Limited, which holds 82.67 percent of stake in Evraz Holding, to the group of companies Millhouse, which represents the interests of Russian tycoon Roman Abramovich.
