Metinvest closes deal acquiring 100 % of Leman-Ukraine

The Ukrainian Metinvest Holding (Metinvest), which was set up to undertake the strategic management of the mining and metal business of System Business Management Group (SBMG), has completed the acquisition of a 100 percent stake in the country's largest metal trader - Leman-Ukraine. Leman-Ukraine exclusively represents the major Ukrainian iron and steel works such as Azovstal, Enakievsk MZ and Khartsyzsk Tube Works.
