The Russian mining and steel producing company Metalloinvest Holding (Metalloinvest) has announced the conclusion of a supply agreement for July 2008 with Russian automobile producer AvtoVAZ,
Under the agreement, during the month in question Metalloinvest will double its volume of deliveries to AvtoVAZ of high quality steel products manufactured at its steel producing subsidiary Oskols Electrometallurgical Plant (OEMK).
During 2007, OEMK supplied 21,000 mt of steel products to AvtoVAZ.
